XX: XX, uh i think we're lost. how ah? over

talk about getting lost in sg..in a place where theres some form of a road or track..i thought it was almost impossible..but ok somehow this rover detachment managed to do it :P

i think one of the reasons why i didnt post last weekend was because of internet. every time i book out at go home HOPING TO PLAY SOME DOTA...no internet..wtf. our super advanced govt claims we have 1st world modern internet when some of us get disconnected while chasing some red health old man across the map.

here's my weekly internet downtime as scheduled by the sg govt:

Friday:
2300-2359

Saturday:
0000-0130
1730-1900
2300-2359

Sunday:
0000-0130
1730-1900

zomg..all the prime time dota hours are internet downtimes..

so the next time you see me logging in and out of msn faster than you can msg me to tell me to stop flooding your msn alerts..you know why..

hopefully this midweek deepavali holiday will make my mood better..because i can go to:

its damn sad to think that i have to "work" for 2 hours just to be able to take a bus to the nearest mrt station. omg la privates are paid less than farmers in uzbekistan.

i'm stay in after all. sigh. this sucks. waste of my time. hopefully i get posted to a stay out unit. then i'll be much happier.

so there goes my mambo, my weekday suppers, weekday dota games and weekday orchard road hanging out.

at least i get to save money :D

and i'll be marking down my next mambo on deepavali eve. woohoo! 1st time i actually looked forward to deepavali. thursday public holidays ftw!

I think many of you have been dying to see this. waiting for the day when i become botak. I didn't manage to get any photos taken during the whole 7 week bmt period (not even on weekends), so I had to self take this one, right before playing dota. I'm such a nice guy that I even bothered to sacrifice precious dota minutes to take this photo.

BMT is over!!! no more cookhouse food, no more tekong water, no more area cleaning, no more saikang. at least for the next 2 weeks.

So I guess its back to the good old days before army, bumming around without anything to do for 12 days. except this time theres plenty to do for the 1st week. clean up my room, clean up my army garbage, clear my 100 junk a day email. wahaha. feels good to be a free man

now its time for MAMBO. That botak pic has to wait till tomorrow..cant find the data cable for my camera so I'll search for it tomorrow.
